You must first obtain an RMA number before you return any item for repairs, replacements, or exchanges.
You need to provide an evidence of purchase such as invoice or other document at the time of RMA application.
Make sure that you include a printout of the RMA request form with your item when you return it to us.
You are responsible for shipping charges when you return your item to Interface. You are also responsible for shipping charges for return shipment. Interface will ship freight collect when Interface returns your item back to you.
Interface reserves the right to reject any shipment without RMA No., mismatched serial no., or non-Interface products. Interface returns such shipment; freight cost paid by the recipient.
On your shipper's invoice, be sure to write the following: "Goods with no commercial value are being returned for repair." Without this note, additional charges may be levied by customs. You will be responsible for additional charges.
Charges may be incurred for certain repairs. Interface will charge for repairs to out-of-warranty products. Interface will also charge for repairs to products if the damage resulted from acts of God, environmental or atmospheric disturbances, or other external forces through misuse, abuse, or unauthorized alteration or repair.
If charges will be incurred for a repair, Interface will send you an invoice that lists all charges, and will wait for your approval before we start to repair the product.
Repair service charges will be calculated as follows: Repair Service Charges will be total amount of standard repair Fee, materials, and other required charges, if any.
Interface will ship the repaired products along with a repair report.
Interface will use FedEx, freight and other charges bill to the recipient. You must provide your FedEx account number to us.
If you require any special shipping arrangements, please obtain confirmation prior to returning your item to Interface.
