| | PCI-5521 1-Channel NTSC Frame Grabber PCI Product (with Memory) The PCI-5521, an NTSC standard color-video capture product for PCI-based systems, provides an analog composite signal input channel and an analog composite signal output channel, and capture and output video signals. The product supports 640 x 480, 320 x 240, and 160 x 120 pixel resolutions and various data formats (RGB 32 bits, RGB 24 bits, RGB 16 bits, RGB 15 bits, monochrome 8 bits, R 8 bits, G 8 bits, and B 8 bits). The captured video signals are directly stored into the main memory of the computer and SDRAM by the bus master DMA (direct memory access) transfers. The product captures analog composite signals and displays them simultaneously. The product has digital input/output signals (input: eight channels, output: six channels) to easily build an industrial system. Therefore, you can control a camera and capture an external signal as a trigger.

analog composite signal input channel and an analog composite signal output channel. The product simultaneously performs video signal capture, video signal output, and image processing. The product binarizes 8-bit data at hardware level in the format selected from R, G, B, and monochrome, and calculates the area value, barycenter value, feret diameters, inclination angle of the inertia equivalent ellipsoid, axis projection, and concentration distribution. The product performs the following operations for camera output image; contrast conversion, 3 x 3 spatial filter, 3 x 3 differential edge detection filter, and dilation/erosion.
